MIS System Administrator/Engineer
Our Client is a leading I.T. solutions provider in Asia, with business presence in China, Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore. With its headquarters in Singapore, our client specializes in business solutions for Supply Chain Management using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) technology.
Requirements
Knowledge in hardware installation/troubleshooting/desktop and/or server
Knowledge in software installation/configuration/diagnostic of Windows 2000/2003XP/Vista (OS), Office Applications (e.g. Office, Visio, Project etc) , Open Source software, Database Server software (e.g. MSSQL, MYSQL, Oracle)
Able to diagnose network problems including but not limited to Internet Connectivity, Mail Host service, network (LAN, wLAN, WAN, SSL, VPN)
Must have strong knowledge in Windows 2000/2003 Server environment and Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, Group and Domain Policy
Possibly, equipped with hands-on experience and knowledge in firewall/layer-2 or layer-3 switch/router
Other software knowledge like Sharepoint Portal, CRM, Microsoft Exchange is desired
Must be able to work in a team, work independently with limited supervision and is also able to work under pressure
Must have experience in managing and maintaining Software Licensing Compliance, IT Security Policy etc.
Knowledge and experience in 1 or more of the following will be an added advantage:
Programming skills like VB6,VB.Net
Operating System like Sun Solaris, Linux,Unix
